Vista 64bit BSOD

Some history: I had Vista x86 installed from just before release until I had a fire last July and couldn't rebuild my PC until a couple of months ago. Everything was working fine until I started getting random BSODs. I decided that instead of trying to fix it, I might as well make the jump to 64bit and I reinstalled with Ultimate x64. Everything was fine at first but I started getting BSODs again. I narrowed this down to a faulty NVidia driver so I installed the latest beta drivers and that seems to have fixed it.

A new problem I am having now is BSODs related to ntkrnlmp.exe and a new one which appeared today of tdx.sys. I have searched around but I don't really know how to interpret the minidump properly. I have tried some suggestions such as running memtest which has come back as a pass with no failures.

The BSODs usually happen every other day and I leave my computer on throughout the day. I don't know if the two problems are related but one seems to be a problem with hardware and the other, uTorrent.

I would really appreciate it if someone could have a look at output for the two minidumps from Windbg and give me an idea of what has gone wrong.

System Specs:

Vista Ultimate x64 SP1
Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4GHz (Q6600)
2x2GB OCZ Reaper PC2-6400 800MHz
Asus Maximus Formula (X38 Chipset)
Seagate Barracuda 500GB SATA
Seagate Barracuda 1TB SATA
Western Digital 200GB ATA

Thanks

Just a punt....
I was reading in the ASUS forums about BSOD's on a Maximus board. Since memory was brought up, there was some discussion concerning the board having compatibility problems with RAM that uses 128Meg chips. Supposidly page 2-17 in your manual discusses this.

Thanks for your reply but I've just checked and the memory I have (OCZ2RPR800C44GK) is compatible with the board so I don't think it has 128MB chips so that is ruled out.

two things .... did you run memtest with a bootable disk? and (this may not be related to your board its just a thought) my bios by default wasnt giving my OCZ memory enough voltage , it was too low and i had to up it manually to get my rig stable. I have that ram , you can go up to 2.15V without invalidating your warrenty its stock voltage is 2.1 , it may be a waste of time but i thought id mention it

1) Yes

2) Thanks for the suggestion. I'll have a look into it later :)
