Just installed Vista 64 on a pretty hot box and OS seems stable. I am proficient enough but not strictly speaking technical.

How many of you run a commercial reg cleaner/fixer... and if so which ones?
It appears that a number of well-known products claim to be 64bit compatible but the CleanMyPC folks How to test x64 Registry Cleaner say most of them are not. Does anybody have any direct experience with this product? On my 3 day old RAID configured machine with just the usual business/office apps it tells me I have a total of 308 "errors".
I have heard a number of pretty technical people say that if the machine runs well then just leave it alone. The "if it ain't broke" approach. True?
