Virtual Disk Service Loader has stopped working

I have a hp dv5t. It keeps coming this message and i don't know why. I click in "Check online for a solution" but nothing happens. I click in "Close" but it keeps coming out. Any idea?

Hi,

Type services.msc in command prompt. In the services window find Recovery Service for Windows (This service comes only with hp products as a part of their pre installed softwares), right click on the service and go to properties make startup type as disabled.

find virtual disk service and make its startup type as manual. Click on recovery tab and make as

second failure > take no action
subsequent failure > take no action
