Various problems, need help!

Hi all!

I'm new in the forum, i'm looking for some help, and i hope you can give me that help.

First of all my specs are:

Motherboard - Asus Rampage Extreme
CPU - Core 2 Duo E8400
Ram - 2X2 Gb DDR3 OCZ Reaper 1600 Mhz CL 7-7-7-24
Video card - Gainward HD4870 - 1 Gb DDR5
HDD - 2x 1 Tb Samsung Sata II 32 Mb
HDD - 1x 750 Gb Samasung Sata II 32 Mb
DVD-RW - 2x Asus
Power suply - Thermaltake 750W
Tower - Full tower Thermaltake Speedo Adavanced - About 6 fans (lots of air)
OS - Vista Ultimate 32 bit fully upgrade also the drivers upgraded

I'm running everything on AUTO mode in my motherboard, only X.M.P. activated.

My first problem was a 2-6 seconds freeze (video/sound) folowed by a "thick" sound coming from HDD and then everything back to normal, i found out that the problem was that my power settings were to shut down HDD after 20 minutes after i put to never shutdown, no more this kind of freeze.

My second problems goes one, i can't play GTA IV, after 1-2 minutes of playing a big freeze (video/sound (sound loop)) and a need to hard reset. This weekend for the first time it happend the same kind of freeze listening music with windows media player, just one time, never again so i don't know if it's relevant.

I've tested my sistem with prime 95; Intel Burn Test; OCCT; Everest Ultimate Edition 5.00; etc, last one 30 hours without crash...

Also playing FairCry 2, it happend two times that the game closed itself back to windows without any kind of erros, nothing, just closed.

All my temps are fine, all below 50ºC under heavy load, the hyghiest i have is the NB temp, that is 54ºC under heavy load, ok i'm going to specify my temps playing crysis in maximum definitions;

CPU - 38ºC
MB - 28ºC
NB - 54ºC
SB - 45ºC
Video card - 56ºC (remember this is an ATI card, it works hot)

So, what causes GTA IV freezes???
Why did windows media player frooze???
Why FairCry 2 closes itself???

I hope you can help me, because i'm about to throw the Pc over the window (4º floor)
