user32.dll errror, ordinal 2000

Hello everybody,
i went to boot up my computer this morning and everything seemed to be working fine. Right before the welcome screen an error message came up saying that the User32.dll file was missing. I tried booting in safe mode, and since the file is missing, it is only a blank screen. I tried logging in, but after putting in my password a message came up and said that vista stopped working properly and needs to restart.
I am at school far from home right now, so i do not have a disk readily available to me. If there is any remedy without a disk, please let me know.

Thank You,
Teddy

p.s. I have 2 vista's installed on my hard drive in different partitions. I don't know if that helps, but I thought i should say

i was trying to install a theme for vista, i had to replace the shell32.dll and the browsui.dll

I am assuming that you also had to replace user32.dll. Can you please boot into the other Vista for me, just to prove that you can, and that it works.

Thanks!

Richard
