user profile service service failed the logon

the problem is im using a dell studio 1555 64bit and rwally need help when i am logging in my main account it wont let me go
this is the messege i get


the user profile service service failed the logon.
user profile cannot be loaded


plz does any one have any solution to this i would really apriciate thanks

Hello Shahz, and welcome to Vista Forums.

You will have to be logged in with an administrator account. You will not be able to do this in a standard user account. Did you use the STEP ONE section to log in as the built-in administrator account?

You would just need to use the STEP ONE section at the link above to enter Safe Mode and enable the built-in Administrator account.
