User profile cannot be loaded

Please help User profile cannot be loaded Vista home basic

Can anyone help me? I thinking I was doing something good deleted all profiles except the administrator (me) I am now having an issue with that profile loading and cant get into my computer other than safe mode with networking. It does not allow me the opportunity to make another profile. I dont care about losing pictures etc on the other profile I just want to be able to get into my computer again.

ps this is the message i recieve when clicking on my icon
The user profile service failed the login user profile cannot be loaded.....
Again if I had another user on here I could have deleted this profile as I dont have that option I am looking for a solution.
lesson learned the hard way.

I have a desktop dell inspriron Zino HD operating windows vista for home basic. I do not have a lot of computer knowledge so I hope this little bit helps
