URL Link problem

Explorer will not permit me to visit certain URLs, such as the following midi link:
, http://www.cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/O_vos_omnes_%281611%29_%28Carlo_Gesualdo%29 ,. My computer just displays the familiar blue circling circle - endlessly. Copying the URL and pasting it into the Explorer address does not work. This relates to a vocal group I'm in and others in my group have no problem. The website is , www.cyberbass.com ,. Any thoughts?

I am using HP's Pavillion dv2700t, running VISTA 32-bit.

As with anything in which IE is acting strange on only one site, try downloading another browser (like Mozilla Firefox) and see if it works from that browser. Let us know.
