update problem

ever sense i put my computer back to factory settings every time it updates on the 3/3 it finishes then reboots then says "updates were not configured correctly. configuring updates" and repeats a couple of times then starts working could you tell me how to fix this or help me?

Make sure you have the newest BIOS version,if not then flash it.It would be also caused by any hardware corruption.You have to diagnose it;hard disk,motherboard.If you have warranty contact with manufacturer support.
