uninstalling a sweet tooth in IE

How can I uninstal part of IE called sweet tooth,There is no uninstall.Also i recently cannot use my short keys lite?For no reason they would not work? And i am new here plz help , thanks it looks like thi

---I went to this website SET2B.TMP -Virus Scan which at the bottom of the page shows that the--- virus SET2B.TMP---can also use the following file name: SWEET TOOTH 2 BY POGO.OSD---(is that it?)---the page shows you how to remove it---
