uninstall

Ok I just downloaded an app called bitripper (for ripping dvd to avi). It wouldn't start up after install so I tried to uninstall it. Its gone from my start up menu as well as from my desktop but the fill is still there in my program files x86. How do I get rid of it completely?

Did you uninstall from Programs and features? It should have deleted it but you can just delete it from program files and you can search for bitripper in Search on Advanced
Search -Everywhere- Include non indexed files and delete the entries for it.

Sometimes programs don't delete everything when you uninstall them. Did you try and delete the folder.

Thanks for the help. It took me a few trys. I did have to go to the program files, but it wouldn't allow me to delet it. I had to change the properties as administrator from read only. Then I got'm. Kind of a pain in the but.
