Unable to download

Hello,

Recently I have noticed that I am unable to download anything on my dell laptop. I can get to download areas where I have to choose run or save, but then nothing happens. I don't know what happened? Can anyone make any recommendations?

Either your computer by default chose a specific place to download or somewhere in your firewall is preventing this.

What i may suggest is try using Mozilla Firefox or Safari, unlike explorer they have a download box that pops up with all your downloads and it makes downloading things much easier, but more information would probably help like what internet your using if your wired or wireless etc(: but my mozilla thing should fix it.
