Unable to boot in Windows Vista x64

Hi Gents,


I am unable to boot in my vista Toshiba laptop when I tried to install a new Vista OS, it asked me to load the Drivers.I did not the Drivers and the laptop is really slow, please help, thanks.

Did you update to SP1 and SP2 and subsequent updates? I don't think we want to troubleshoot a system that's not currently updated.

This laptop belongs to my brother, I don't know it was updated to SP1 or SP2 or not at all.

Open Control Panel\System. The first item is Windows Edition. What does it say?
