Hi, i have a problem when i copying big files. copying is corrupt and i can't close window with copying. Layer of system is not responding. Desktop not working, but taskbar works fine if i not open My Computer, documents (general all which using new window of system).
When i on taskmgr, i see two explorer.exe. One is working and this i can close and restart. But this not help. Only restart a desktop icons and taskbar. I can't close second explorer.exe (i tried also with process killer). I downloaded also Process manager, and this view two similar programs (so i think that is no a virus?).
When i try to restart computer, he stops on Closing... (i translate this so it's maybe other in english version of vista) and not close computer. I must reset.
Please help me and sorry for my english.

Edit: before i reinstall os i see the same problem on this computer on other hard drive. I think that is a conflict with other software, but i don't now what.
