I have a built in tuner but getting an error message "tv signal not configured because hardware not found.Purchase from windows marketplace." Why doesn't this reconize my " Built in tuner?" I have CATV coming in from my home cable network. Also not even letting me "set up tv." Thanks for any suggestions . I do appreciate the help.

    Weakest part of my computer is the graphics chipset. Only ever used a laptop. Also use USB Freeview TV Card Lenovo Docking Station External Speakers Other bits a pieces as needed
Philips Tuner. It's all one piece (card) that goes into a slot. When I open the computer this whole unit is plugged into a slot. On the back of the computer is where you can attach CATV. This is where I have my cable coming in. Here are some numbers:
