TTSTcorp DVP+-RW TS-L632D not working...HELP :*(

Earlier today I tried to install Oblivion onto my computer to find that my dvd drive isn't working for some reason. It does not even show up under computer --> hard disk drives. I looked it up under device manager to find a yellow triangle next to TTSTcorp DVP+-RW TS-L632D and under the general tab it says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"
Could someone please guide me as to how I may be able to remedy this unfortunate situation? I'm not too computer savvy so please take that under consideration. running 32 bit windows vista ultimate

yeah having the same problem here with the tsstcorp-cd-dvdw-ts-h652h-ata-device, its in an emachine with vista home premium 32 bit . not too savy with the registry , can someone offer a suggestion or solution to this problem I tried to do an uninstall and restarted the pc , it dectected the hardware but failed to install the driver , got same code 39 error.
