Hi,
I'm trying to download, open, and log-in to Options360, a proprietary platform of TDAmeritrade. If successful, I should get an icon on my desktop from which to open subsequent uses of the platform. I have not been able to get the icon on my desktop yet. I can get to the login screen, but I get a message that says I am already logged in, yet if I try any of the applications in the program, none of them work.
I did talk with a techie at TD who said that Options360 will run with 32bit Vista, but not 64. But from my research, Vista64 has WoW64 which should allow the program to run (correct?).
I'm not a techie of any sort, I just want the program to work so I can use it for a class I'm taking with them, but they seem to be unable to help me.
Anyone run into this who can help?
Thanks
