Trojan in Vista...caught but still onboard mouse issues with internal.

Having an issue that started yesterday afternoon and happened as I was leaving an Everquest 2 Battlegrounds match.

I appear to have a Trojan (picked up after the fact) that's attributed to the game files. I will post the name as soon as I can.

I was on battery mode but noticed a stutter and upon entering the regular game my laptop's "mouse buttons" started freaking out. I ran the "active icon" on my toolbar and so basically its acting like I'm always right clicking or drag left clicking.

I've been working (just know enough to hurt myself) the last day or so w/ replacing drivers and ultimately caught the Trojan with IO Bit but still can only get mouse function from an external mouse (and only the second time I tried when it pulled the drivers again presumably).

Am I going to have to Recover? Already Restored without luck.

Edit: After quarantining and deleting I. IO w/e I real Malware Bytesnand didn't pick up anything.

cool.. and make sure you are running the latest updates for malware bytes.. some trojans might be new..

Download / run 'combofix' .....it is always worth running this as well.

Away for work for a few days but thx for the suggestions...believe I got the Trojan but the damage is still done with the mouse issues...wondering if registry changes would cause that.

Basically as soon as I click a button, it is acting as if both mouse buttons are being constantly pressed (only using trackpad and laptop mouse buttons...external is fine now but was doing it too orig.)

I tried the animated Synaptics icon on my tool bar and it would displaying show as if the buttons were being pressed.

It literally started coming out of an EQ2 Battlegrounds game as it logged me into the main servers. Then I scanned and found the Trojan.KIdent associated the EQ2 Launchpad files.
