richc46 Vista Guru Gold Member Dec 20, 2011 #2 The 165 appears to be on your C drive. It is my guess that you are using C when trying to change the partition. You cannot change the partition that is in use. In addition, you may want to try Free Partition Magic alternative. Free Partition Manager Software for Windows 7/VISTA/XP/2000 and Windows Server 2003/2008/2000. It is excellent software to partition your Hard Drive. The 165 appears to be on your C drive. It is my guess that you are using C when trying to change the partition. You cannot change the partition that is in use.
