1. A lady called one day and said that her coffee holder is not working.. I replied to her that we are computer repair business please call your coffee machine supplier, she replied ohh it was you guys.. I said no we never sell coffee machine.. she replied.. its in the box you provided..
"learnt out that she was talking about her CD drive which she thought was a coffee cup holder" so just imagine how hard it had been for that cd drive holding coffee everyday..

2. One young girl brought a laptop for the first time, She said that she can't use the pad on the laptop.. I said her " you need to get a mouse" She replied "no i can't get a mouse" I told her "it will be easier" She again replied "no I really can"t" I look at her weird!! then she said "a caught two cats"

I had an older couple call in and they couldn't find the keyboard. They were looking at the screen.

I have heard of a few people getting calls where they can't get there wireless to work on their laptop. They were at the mall...

haha.. one lady brought only her computer to repair as she was getting blue screen,, I asked her where is the rest, she told me everything was in the screen..

They call me and says their computer isn't working. I ask them what is it doing.

They pause, and say, "What it was doing earlier."

Okay, what was it doing earlier ?

"Didn't I call you earlier ?"

No.

"Oh, I thought I did. Anyway, It is doing it again."

What is it doing ?

Click, they hang up the phone.

I don't recognize their voice.

After several days... no one tells me I didn't fix someone's computer. My boss isn't upset I didn't help someone. They didn't call back.

Now, I am just confused.
