The CPU counter is always at 50%

Hi, I have the next doubt:

When I open the resource monitor, the cpu % average of use is about 50 %.

The process that consume all of this % is svchost.exe (NetworkService).

Is it normal??

I have a cpu with 2 GB of ram, and core 2 duo.

No

I suggest update drivers for your network card if you can.Verify your protected software (firewall,antivirus) also

I reinstall de network drivers, my firewall is ok, and my antivirus too.
This happen after I install the service pack 1 upgrade.
