Hi Panais,

7-Zip is a great free program. It has a 2-10 % better compression ratio than the ratio provided by PKZip and WinZip. :)

I'm going to agree with Brink. 7-Zip seems to be the best choice for Windows based PC's. Winrar is good, but I believe 7-Zip is more flexible.
