Sytem Restore limited space allocation.

I cut down sytem restore max space to 1 GB a few days ago. Since then, I have been limited to two restore points, tops. I just checked it and it is showing just one...the most recent scheduled restore point. Yesterday's listing of two (not scheduled....appeared after printer installation) disappeared. Seems, 1 GB is not enough for three, or two big ones.

Should I worry? Perhaps increase allocation to 2 GB? Is a 1.5 GB allotment feasible?

BTW, currently I am humming. I have never enjoyed a notebook as much as this one. Should I stay put... with the way everything is?

IMO, if you have plenty of disk space, you may as well increase the restore point allotment. Otherwise you're just limiting yourself to restoring to the most recent restore point, which might not be enough to get you out of trouble (it's like only having one backup tape that you overwrite every night)
