How do I sinksinchronize my g-mail with window mail with having to allways hittting the synchronizing tab. also can I create folders in windows mail for incoming mail?

Do you have Gmail set up in your Windows Mail, if you do go into the properties of the account and there should be a box you can tick to always include this account when synchronising mail.
If you want your mail to go into different folders that you create you have to do that via Message rules.
