switched browsers,

so i switched browsers today, i went from google to ie, my question is, do i need to change the programs i installed while useing google? i remember alot of the downloads asked what browser i was useing. if i do need to make some changes is there a way to do it without uninstalling them all and reinstalling? ty

You are ok Jason
Some sites require addons to use the site properly.
When you go to the site with IE, you will still need the addon, which will not be there, and you will be so advised.
Some of them are flash and
PDF reader.
If the above is the problem you will merely have to reinstall in IE, no need to uninstall from Google.

For programs, you can use them with IE or Google.

EDIT: Just so you know, go to search and type default programs, in default make IE the default browser.
If you do not do this, every time you use a browser it will be Chrome, unless you click on the explorer icon.
