Where is it best to organize one's photos in Vista? If pictures are in various locations on the hard drive what is the easiest way to move them to the best location. Where is this location and how do I move them?

Hello Ronda,
Welcom to Forum.
You can collect all your photos into the Pictures folder that Windows provided. That folder you will find in the User folder along with others ones like Downloads, Videos, Documents, Music, Contacts and more. You can also access it in the Start menu, the Pictures folder is the third one from the top on the right.
As to easiest way to move the photos to this location is drag and drop. Or right click photo, click Cut and Paste this one to the destination folder.
