Startup problem

Hello Friends,

I am using windows vista OS.From last couple of days i am not able to open my system.I am getting loginUI.exe error.
Here is complete description of error:

LoginUI.exe endpoint not found :
the procedure entry point alphablend could not be located in the dynamic link library MSIMG32.dll

I have bootable vista CD .I tried system repair and system restore but got no success.

Please help me out as my laptop has very important materials and it is affecting my schedule.

Hello Ganesh123,

In addition to what Townsbg has said, you may also check if the computer is booting into Safe Mode. Restart the computer. Keep tapping F8 at the Dell Logo Screen. Once the computer enters Advanced Boot Option, select Safe Mode. Press Enter. Check if the computer is booting into safe mode. If it does, try performing a clean boot and check how it goes.
