I am getting the following error message everytime I close Outlook:

"Could not find the following file in sscommon/skins/helpcenter/css".

can any one help?

Hi nancysa0613,
I can't find much on what that means but I would make sure you have anti virus/anti spyware software installed and up to date then run a scan on your PC.

Thank you for a quick reply. I do have anit-virus and anti-spyware installed. The error message I am getting is as follows:


"Failed on loading skin name "helpcenter". The file shell.css is required in your "sscommon/skins/helpcenter/css" directory. To fix this problem, please check the skin name in your config file or reinstall the application"
