Spyware and virus software for business

Hey i recently got hired to work on a company's computers and search for viruses and spyware and keep them up to date and healthy. i'm currently downloading software that is free or freeware to do this. i have a low budget but what are good programs to use? i already have these, spybot search and destroy, avast, avg, hijackthis. I also need programs that improve performance and make sure everything is good like registry and hardisk fragmentation and security holes

Most at this forum suggest Microsoft Security Essentials for Virus and
Malwarebytes.org for other malware.

Many of the Forum, suggest leaving the Registry alone. Practice good maintenace, defrag, clean disc, use A/V, scan disc for errors, etc. I have never used a reg cleaner, etc since windows 98 and never had a problem.

Well im looking for programs that will scan the computer thoroughly looking for virus's , spyware, and malaware. i need programs which improve performance too id love for some one to narrow the best ones down that most computer matinence company's use
