Speakers arent detected

i just installed a new gfx card (gts 450) and it installed its "nvidia hd audio" in place of my older "realtek hd audio"
now when i check under my sound devices all that's there is my headphones (usb)

iim guessing my sound card has been uninstalled somehow?

how can i get my speakers working/detected again?

I reinstalled realtek drivers, and it only shows up in control panel -- > uninstlal programs. but there is nothing under device manager and there is no hd audio manager in control panel.

In device manager if there ARE yellow warning signs, things need updating.

The nvidia ones are for the hdmi on the card... The realtek onesare still needed.

I'd uninstall the nvida ones and redo the realteks
