SP1 RC1 Uninstall Error

hi all......ok my vista has prompted me to reactivate in 12 days due to the RC SP1
but upon entering ''programs & features'' to remove it i get this.....

if i cannot remove it soon it will void my windows

any way i can get around a system restore..???

Im guessing you used the SP1 cleanup tool?

If you used it, you will have to reinstall to remove the Service pack?

Yes, anything you have installed since using RC1...

Yeah there should defiantly be a restore point for RC1 you can use to restore back, If it doesn't work on the first attempt using Vista you might have to boot the Vista-DVD Repair option for a system restore

Yeah there should defiantly be a restore point for RC1 you can use to restore back, If it doesn't work on the first attempt using Vista you might have to boot the Vista-DVD Repair option for a system restore

ok ...prior to my RC SP1 problem i backed up my files & waited ....

it finally expired at 9 this morning ..i was surfing & an error window popped up & restarted the machine.
so i thought ..that's it ..as it was rebooting i stopped by the bios to boot from CD & reinstall. & then thought well i will just let it boot to see what it actually says
& it fired straight back up ...the activation keys in the taskbar have now dissapeared...????

so here i am on the 2nd of july still running my 6001 evaluation build

WTF !!!!!!!! did i just spend nearly 13hrs backing up my files to discs for nothing....

i know ...the first 2 failed & the 3rd was a repair via the disc which i what i was about to do when the validation timer expired

so i was stuck.....or so i thought could it be that for some unknown reason or fluke of technology i have managed to find a way round reinstalling vista...?
