Sound stutter

when listening to music the track stutters on every media player i have and on youtube is there any fix for this?

i have done but it only happens when i refresh a web page or click a link

Does it do that when your laptop is on charge??

ok.. its kind of weird the thing I will say you but it does happen.. try to not have the laptop on charge and see there will not be that shutter thing.. but when u put it on charge then u will hear it.. this is because the two wires in the charger is damaged and touching
