I did a search and didn't see any threads addressing this problem: When I try to watch videos on hulu.com or Comedy Central they get about one minute in and then the sound stops (I miss my Daily Show!). If I close and restart IE, I can get another minute along and then the sound stops again (the video continues to play). This same problem happens in Firefox. If I recall correctly, it does not happen with YouTube. So maybe it is a site problem. Lately, this behavior has bled over into Media Center. Ugh! Vista Home Premium 32bit, IE7, latest Firefox. Any suggestions? I bought this PC to be a media center and thats the one thing it can't do! LoL

Acer Aspire AX1200-U1794A (AMD Athlon X2 4850e) Running Vista Home Premium, IE7. I'm using the HDMI output to an LG LCD TV for a monitor. The other day I installed DirectX as suggested in another thread. That got me up to 20 minutes of video before the sound quit.
