Hello. I have a concern. When I push the power button on my tower to turn on my computer, I get the "Intel Pentium Inside" splash screen. Now lately, this splash screen has been hanging up and I have waited once up to 10 minutes for the splash screen to go away and it didn't before having to restart the computer again. Normally right after this splash screen, the booting process of my Windows Vista operating system will begin. It will stick some of the times and others it doesn't and proceeds to load the operating system normally. If I have to restart the computer again after it sticks, it always goes beyond that initial splash screen and loads the operating system without a problem. I just should not have to power up the computer twice at times.
Let me add that this has been happening since I upgraded from Windows Vista Home Basic SP0 to Home Premium SP1 using the Windows Anytime Upgrade feature on my retail upgrade copy of Windows Vista Home Premium SP1. Has this have anthiing to do with it???? ...kinda strange that is has.
Any suggestions as to why and any favorable solutions would be kindly appreciated! Thanks!
