okay here's my problem just happened recently,.
when i click start button and right click into computer for properties., then... i was shcoked because nothing appears. and it displays "The page failed to load".

try running from an elevated command prompt c: sfc /scannow

We could use a ton more info. was the page a shortcut, was it on your desktop, do you have permissions to view the content. was it viewed in IE.

also we could use info about your computer

Just to see...
Boot into safe mode and try it there. Just would like to know if it's something being loaded in normal mode.
