I have a new dell windows computer that was given to my father by a docter at his office, i am telling the truth i didnt steal it you can contcact me for proof. But anytime i try to download something there needs to be an administrator password and i went to the help section under
"How do I change the behavior of the User Account Control message?"

I tried to follow the steps but when i try to run secpol.msc it says that it cant find the document can someone please help me my email is ***removed*** and my aim is tetsiga26 i am adding my contacts because i might forget this website and never check again so please if someone can assist me please do.

DOn't post email addresses in the forums.

If your Dad's doctor friend gave him this laptop, per HIPAA it needs to be wiped clean (formatted) and restored to factory defaults.

If it is still accessible, then you should be able to do it yourself and start over from scratch.
