slight annoyance

The lynx2

New Member
I have a sony Vaio and the function keys for volume are F2(mute), F3(lower volume) and F4 (raise volume). they normally bring up a volume box thats shows you how the volume has changed. however it randomly stops working alot of the time (i think it may be when i run a game or film in full screen and afterwards until i reboot it or put it into sleep). The volume still changes and i can see it in the volume control.

I know im being extremly picky but it annoys me, am i just going to have to live with it?

I'm trying to research the information about the keyboard control functions, but what I've found View Document doesn't correspond with how you say it works, so I probably have the wrong model. Please provide the make and model (as much detail as possible) of Vaio computer you have (and is it a desktop or laptop and did the keyboard come with the computer) so I can access the correct information.

It may be that using full screen mode somehow disables the screen view for this function for some reason and doesn't reset it until you restart - but I'm not sure. I may be able to learn more if I know exactly what computer you have.

Thanks and good luck!
