Skype -Vista or not Vista problem...

Hello can anyone help me with a problem i have ? i have Skype installed and athough my video communication was just fine two weeks ago now i can see my camera working fine and i can also see the other person in line but he can't see me at all.. i've tried anything and i can't find a way out .Somebody told me that it has to do with Vista but i don't know at all what to do.
