SID changing cause problems.

Hello I was reading a lot of topics here about this and i still couldnt find an answer so i signed up and thought ill ask.

I torrented some windows blinds program so i could run other themes because it seemed pretty cool at the time and it said to run this SID changing tool to get it to work so i did that with out actually knowing what it was.

So this all happened yesterday and i log on my computer this morning and its all gone back to default settings and some files from yesterday were gone. Then i tryed to run system restore and then an error would keep popping up called:
"There was an unexpected error: Class not registered (0x80040154) Please close System Restore and try again. So i tryed it several times and it would not work, restarted the computer still wouldn't work. Then i tryed to add/remove programs and my acces was denied so i looked at my user and it had changed from an administrator user to a limited user and i don't have any other user account, so i found some topics talking about a secret administrator or what ever and you run it from cmd by typeing this command in:
"net user administrator /active:yes:
then it followed with Access is denied.

So i found another topic that told you how to make a user in cmd and i did this command:
"net user blakee /add"
(blake is my name so fair username :P) and then it followed with "System error 5 has occurred." and then "Access is denied." And when i would create a user via the gui thiny in control panel it would say that i cannot use certian characters, but even when i didnt use them it still wouldnt work, so then i tryed createing a user via nitflziz or something i really cant rember what it was, anyway it came up with a wizard to create a user and when i try to create it would say access is denied.

I also ran the SID changing tool and tryed to change back to my old one but it said that it cannot do it and must restart.

And i have also read on topics that theres a vista cd that restores vista, though i do not have the cd because the guy that sold me my computer didn't give me one.

So could anyone please help me out.
