If you zip up "C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini031409-03.dmp", and maybe -02 and -01 too, then upload them here, someone might be able to help.

Blue screens are almost invariably caused by some hardware or driver issue.
The first thing to check is manufacturer websites of the various hardware
you have both internal and external, graphics card, soundcard, printers as
well as any software that are specific to these devices or installed with
the drivers to make sure they are up to date and the latest Vista compatible
drivers and software.

Do a System diagnostic to see if it is hardware related. If you use/ or have used registry cleaners that may also be the problem as it is the most common cause of Windows Corruption (for example a corrupted driver pool).

Run these and save and attach to your post:
Start>Control Panel>System and Maintenance>Performance Information and Tools>Advanced Tools>

Generate a system health Report

Open Reliability and Performance Monitor>Reliability Monitor

View Performance Details In Event Log

This website allows a limited range of file types to be uploaded. "ZIP" is one of them, so zip up whatever it is that you want to upload first.

i managed to get the reports, but i cannot upload them, it says invalid files, can anyone help herel.

Do you use registry cleaners? If so, I can save you some time, and tell you to reinstall due to Windows corruption.

Also, I would advise you to scan for and remove Malware:http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/

You are using Avira Antivirus, Google toolbar, itunes, ncredimail, ares music downloads, and quicktime... all starting up with Windows (bold programs are unnnecessary startup programs, and google toolbar IMO should be removed as it is superfluous)

EDITED:
You dont appear to have hardware/driver issues.
This does not rule out Windows Corruption do to User error- If the problem keeps occuring you may want to re-install.
You system may have malware, and is having performance issues/degradation due to prefetching problems
Run NOD32 and scan for malware (also check for undesirable programs):Free ESET Online Antivirus Scanner
do a full defrag and check drive for errors- both of these can result in performance degradation issues.

delete all browsing cookies/temp files, etc. and I would set it to block all third party cookies.

Copy the DMP files elsewhere first. Default security prevents writes of that nature to the \Windows folder and its subfolders. There are many ways around that but a simple one is to just copy the files elsewhere and then zip up those copies.

None of this is meant to detract in any way from the effort that rive0108 has invested into helping you, and for what it's worth I'd urge you to listen to everything he said - and also to upload those DMP files because they contain specific info about your BSoDs.

My Computer

thanks river for all your help, i am having a problem trying the eset, apparantly i do not have administor rights!

Thats not good.
That means you have corruption of the User Account and it does not see your user as having permissions.

Couple things you can try:
either disable UAC under User accounts and Install program, then reactivate UAC, if you cannot do this, then activate the built in Admin account and see if that works.

Take ownership, or restore Windows to before the corruption occured, or repair/reinstall Windows (backup data files)

I suggest though that you just reinstall Vista due to the corruption isssue, as a last resort if you cannot disable UAC, or activate Hidden Admin Acct.
