Good morning,

In the explorer can have details on a file (right click property and detail).
Ex version product

On Xp no problem I visualize well the product version whatever the extension of my file, but on Vista it does not appear
If I rennome the file extension of .aaa to .exe I see detail of file

Someone would solve my problem but I need to rename the extension of my file

Thank you for all your future tracks

Ps You can make the experience by changing the extension of a file .Exe to .aaa

Hi

Ummm...I'm having a real hard time understanding just what it is you're trying to say here, and I'm sure that's why there aren't any replies to this post.
I'm going to take a shot at it and see if his is what you're asking.

If you can't see any file extensions for files in Vista, open Control Panel - Folder Options, then click the View tab and uncheck the box that says "Hide extensions for known File types".
I hope that's what you needed.

I see the file extensions, but I do not see all the details of my file.

Look at the details of a file. Exe then rename the extension. Aaa and look at new details

And my question is how to see all of my details. Aaa
