Hi, this issue is driving me crazy after spending quite some time on it.
How do I get Vista and XP to share (i.e. read/write) the same database without any need to use the import/export feature? Vista create a bunch of .CONTACT files after I've imported XP's .WAB file.
I've originally built my WAB file using XP's Address Book and I use this format to carry it around with me on a flashstick. I prefer to avoid using third-party PIM software or Outlook just to have access to my contact list.
I guess maybe my question here is.. either how:
1) to get XP to work with the new .CONTACT format
** or **
2) to get Vista to work with existing WAB file instead of breaking it up?
Thanks,
arlanda
