sfc scan

I just got a brand new laptop. I tried to sync the clock with the internet servers.
I get an error message.
I did an sfc/scannow and the results include files that are corrupt and cannot be repaired.

Should I just let it go, or should I do a repair install from the recovery disk?

Run as administrator a command prompt, then type in (copy/paste):
findstr /C:"[SR] Cannot repair" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails.txt
The sfcdetails.txt will be in the system32 folder, attach it here.

I tried this, and got the message that it cannot open file.
