service msg problems

when ever i access my service.msc i find alot of my programs have stop and i restart them ,whats going on . ps i am not the most literate computer geek, looking for help; henk

From an administrator account, go to services, right click on the service>properties. You can then set how you want it to start, automatic, etc.
