Alright first I was playing Combat arms. I was really laggy so i decided to follow a instruction from a site. It said to clean up your registry files. So I downloaded Reginout. While i was doing the cleaning thing. An error came out Microsoft Visual Run time error. So I tried it again. It came up the same error. Then I deleted and restarted my comp. Then I got this error. It'll always start up with safe mode even if i pressed enter with Start Windows normally. It's probaly a registry problem. I'm using Safe mode wtih Networking right now. I tried other Registry scanners. CCleaner and more. Still doesn't work.

Any help?

Nope, Best Buy never gave me a Vista DVD. I bought a year gurrantee. But It expired. So yeah. I mean when I was doing a Registry clean up. It stopped and It still had the same thing. So an error came out.

Rich, if its not the registry, what would it be? o_o a virus or something eles? It's not a blue screen. I'll see what I can do.

First, when this is fixed stop using registry cleaners; cause nothing but problems
Based upon your first post it looks like registry problems.
Lets go one step at a time to be sure that it is registry, but I think it is
First
Run a full antivirus scan
Download, update and run a full scan with malwarebytes
If they are negative run the scan that I gave you in the earlier post, the SFC scan.

Then, do you have any reapir options with Safe Mode? Last known good configuration?

If you create a recovery DVD, you may be able to boot to recovery options
Create Recovery DVD
