I recently purchased a s-video cable for my laptop with windows vista.
The guy in the shop told me when I plug it in, go to the desktop and hold in
"Fn" and press F4. When I did this it came onto my tv, but in black in
white...
2 questions:
1) "Fn" and F4 function is not recognizing anymore, nothing happens...please
help.
2) how to i change ntsc to pal settings on vista to change the tv from black
& white to colour?
