Running Wizzard

I tried to down load 2 programs. One was a spell check for forum use and the other was firefox internet manager.
Both downloaded their programs, but the start up Wizzard would not appear to implement them.
Any suggestions?

You may try to run the program as administrator by right-click on the program or try to install it in Built-in Administrator Account
