I need a router that is vista and xp compatible. Any recommendations would be helpful.

I'm going to assume you don't mean that you need to run router software on your Vista or XP systems and that you want a standalone device.

Standalone routers are OS independent devices. What do you need a router for?

If you need wireless capability both have models that will suffice.
