robycopy taskscheduled does not behave as expected

I program this batch file here

ROBOCOPY S:\Quickbooks S:\QuickbooksBackup\%DATE%  /E /B
end

and it does not copy the subfolders like it should I tried using /S /E as well and it still would not work
