Removing programs

I noticed my c drive is getting full. I am in the process of deleing some programs that I don't use. Can anyone tell me what the following programs are and what they do? Also if I remove them will and how will it affect my pc? Thanks

Hello Freeze,

These were from Windows Updates installing them. I wouldn't recommend to uninstall them though.
